Privacy notice
Privacy notice for the interest form
Draft notice. Ponte is in development. This notice is draft wording and will be reviewed and revised before launch.
This notice covers the interest form on this website. Ponte is in development and has no member accounts, so this website does not collect member information.
The interest form for coworking spaces asks for your name, work email, coworking space, role and an optional message, plus an optional tick box if you would like updates about Ponte. The form prepares an email containing those details in your own email app; nothing is stored on this page and nothing is sent until you press send.
If you email about a brand instead, the same applies to whatever you choose to include in your message.
Your email goes to hello@withponte.com, an address read by Elliot Sanfilippo, who is developing Ponte, so that he can reply to your enquiry and arrange a conversation. If you tick the optional box, he may also contact you by email about Ponte in future; if you do not, he will only reply to your enquiry. You can withdraw that agreement at any time, and ask for your details to be deleted, by emailing the same address.
Ponte does not sell your details or share them with advertisers, brands or coworking spaces. Your message is processed by your own email provider and by the email provider of the receiving account, and it may remain in that email account for as long as needed to manage the enquiry and any follow-up you have agreed to.

_clckand_clsk. What you type into the interest form is masked and is not captured.
These tools are used only to understand how the site is used and to improve it. They are not used for advertising. Google and Microsoft process this information under their own privacy policies.
You can change your choice at any time using the Cookie settings link at the bottom of any page. Choosing Decline removes the analytics cookies and stops the tools loading.
